Vacation :)

Just lettin'our lovely followers know, as of July 1st, Ella Bee's Bakery will be on vacation until September!

We are using this vacation to spend much needed time with family, as well as work on some new creative treats we think you all will LOVE! We will miss you, but are excited to get crackin' on some new and delicious sweets that you will definitely have to try!

Orders and orders and order, OH MY!

We're SO excited to be busy, and we have all our fantastic customers FRIENDS to thank :) 'Cause at Ella Bee's, we don't have "customers," our "customers" are instant friends <3

Two big orders of cupcake bites for Friday, a giant Deliciously-Chocolate Chip Cookie cake with Brownie  cupcakes and Jumbo Eclair cake for Saturday, an order of lemon-lime squares and Chocolate PB muffins for Sunday.

Cookbook!

Good morning, bloggers!

Great news was waiting in our inbox this morning, looks like the cookbook we are being featured in has been pushed up from December to now September! Woohoo!

That means lots and LOTS of work for the next few weeks! Wish us luck! :)

This is our first blog post, and we are so excited to share with you our baking adventures here at Ella Bee's!

First, let's introduce ourselves:


At Ella Bee's Bakery, our mission is to provide you with the freshest and most tasty treats that your taste buds will thank you for.

We are based out of a commercial kitchen in Jacksonville, Florida. We are currently saving up to open our own storefront! Keep your fingers crossed for us!

We provide wonderful baked goods ALL over the US.

Visit our shop and ship to friends, family, and coworkers, no matter how far away you are. Baking is our life, and we love custom orders to challenge our creativity!


On this blog, we will update with our newest items listed in our etsy shoppe, as well as update on our adventures in baking and trying to open up a store! Check back for recipes and other helpful hints!
